Paul is an independent WASH consultant and a director of FH Designs. He holds a Research Master’s Degree in Engineering and has 30 years of professional experience (25 in international development). He has been working as a WASH specialist for FH Designs since 2003, providing technical support to a range of clients including DFAT, the World Bank, multi-and bi-lateral WASH programs and international NGOs. He has spent nearly eight years living and working in East Timor in a range of roles and capacities.
