Dr Naomi Francis has over 10 years’ experience working as a researcher, engineer and educator in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), gender/social inclusion and community development and Australian water management. Naomi has conducted several research and M&E projects in the Pacific, Southeast Asia and Africa.
