Worked extensively with DFAT, the World Bank, and national governments on program strategy, policy advisory, and capacity building in countries including Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, PNG, Indonesia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. Combines an academic foundation in Social Anthropology with a commitment to locally led development, inclusive governance, and evidence-informed policy.
